Questions about window film

Is window film legal in India?

CMVR Rule 100 sets the limits: at least 70% light through the windscreen and rear glass, and 50% through side windows. How film is treated still varies by state and court, so check the rules where you drive. This is general information, not legal advice.

Why do you show darker shades?

XPPF supplies Tint 35, 20 and 5 too. They are not for road use in India, and the site marks them that way. Your studio will tell you what suits your car and where you drive.

Can I add film later?

Yes. A certified XPPF studio can fit window film on its own visit, before or after a colour change.
